Janya’s model is of interest to the Startup category as her firm acts as a company’s virtual legal counsel, with the added flexibility of allowing entrepreneurs decide how often they require legal input and assistance, without being forced to commit to a long-term and expensive retainer.
Janya says “We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to legal services. A client’s strategic and business objectives guide the way legal advice should be provided.”
