The Collective of Humanist, Free & Profitable Entrepreneurs

MISSION: We are a collective (+100 CEOs) that aims to transform the measurement of success in the European ecosystem to include societal and human impact.

The Club brings together ambitious entrepreneurs, convinced that growth is compatible with their quest for freedom (by being profitable so as not to be dependent on and constrained by shareholders) and humanism (by offering and maintaining a fulfilling and caring working environment). The Club aims to present another face of entrepreneurship, in transition from the sometimes caricatured codes of the startup nation.

Club Bootstrap is part of a more global movement of startups that now reject external financial perfusion and accelerated growth as an end in itself. Without condemning fund-raising as the ultimate evil, for them, systematic recourse to this type of financing raises questions.
