BIOGRAPHY

As the Global Sales Operations Manager at Teamtailor, I define and execute localized go-to-market strategies, hire and coach the sales teams, and create and manage the first strategic and local partnership and marketing teams. I have been working at Teamtailor since January 2020, starting as a Sales and Business Developer in France, Country Manager France and now this new mission since January 2024.

With a Master 2 in International Sales and Audit and over 7 years of experience in sales, I have a strong background and passion for growing and scaling businesses in different markets and industries. I specialize in sales management, coaching and employer branding, and I am always looking for new ways to help recruiters and hiring managers attract, manage, and hire top talents. I am also committed to making diversity and inclusion a main concern for Teamtailor, for our workforce and workplace.
